Print Periodicals with E-mail Options All prices are in US dollars. Print periodicals listed here are also available additionally or
alternatively in pdf file format by pre-tested direct e-mail to subscribers at the print price. None of these e-mail periodicals appear on the public or proprietary Web. If both
print and e-mail versions are ordered, there is a 10 (ten) percent overall price reduction. All e-mail
edition orders must include reliable e-mail addresses for delivery and correspondence. Current print-only subscribers are strongly encouraged to convert to e-mail delivery
at time of renewal. Subscriptions may be entered directly by the subscriber or through a library
agent. Claims must be sent by email – others will be ignored. All print prices for 2008 remain unchanged from 2007. Each issue is 30 pages long and contains no advertisements. Print issues are sent by first-class mail or airmail. New subscriptions may be entered at any time for a one-year duration only. Year 2007 issues carry the citation Volume 24 plus issue number. Years 2005, 2006, and 2007 back issues are still available in pdf format.
